Do you have a retail shop?

No. We only sell online via our website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally.

I am from Australia, I wish to purchase 3 products in your website, how much is your shipping cost?

You just add your item(s) into the shopping cart and proceed to check out. The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the total item(s) weight against your shipping location/address. (Please note that an S$3.00 registered mail including handling cost will be included for all international shipment).

I really love the ring, however how do I determine my ring size?
Please refer to our "Ring Measurement Chart" link provided here to determine your ring size.

Please note that the Ring Size Chart is based on U.S. Ring Sizing System from our supplier and only serves as estimation for your ring size.

Tips for a tighter fit: For Asian ring size, we recommend that you take a size smaller from your measurement based on our “Ring Measurement Chart” provided. For example, if your measurement falls between 56.60 – 58.40mm which is supposed to be a ring size 8, we recommend that you take a ring size 7.

What mode of payment method(s) do you accept online?

For Singapore orders, we accept both local Bank (DBS/POSB/OCBC) fund transfer via Internet Banking/ATM or credit cards payment via Paypal.

For International orders, we accept credit cards payment via Paypal.

Can I cancel or exchange the items I bought?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellation or exchange once payment is made.

My item is faulty, can I make an exchange?

We do 100% inspection on our goods before shipment therefore we do not entertain exchanges once an item is sent.

I really like the item that is out of stock, do you accept backorders?

We do not accept backorders at this moment, however if you wish to be notified once the item is back in stock, you may sign up to get notified when the product is back in stock at the product page.
