Loyalty Appreciation Program

To thank all our customers for their continuous support, we are pleased to launch our Customer Loyalty Appreciation Program.

Our Loyalty Points Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at Jewel De Palace, you also earn loyalty points for the money you spend.

Once earned, you'll be able to use them to redeem your future purchases.

Note : Loyalty points are only available for registered members. Upon registration, 10 loyalty points will be awarded to your account immediately as an appreciation for being our registered guest.

How It Works

♦ When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of loyalty points earned. Upon completion of payment, your account will be credited with the Loyalty Points.

♦ Currently, you will earn 1 Loyalty Point for every S$1.00 spent on Jewel De Palace. Each loyalty point is worth S$0.05. For every 60 Loyalty Points (equivalent to S$3.00) you accumulated, you will be able to use it to pay or offset your purchase(s).

♦ Redemption of loyalty points is available at checkout under "Reward Points".

♦ Redemption of loyalty points are in a set of 60 points.

♦ For purchases made by redeeming Loyalty Points, new points will be awarded only for the balance amount spent after deducting the redemption.

Note : We reserve the right to make changes to the above rate at any time without prior notice. Loyalty points are only available for registered members.

Conditions of Use

♦ Loyalty Points are only available to registered members.

♦ Loyalty Points can only be collected and converted for online purchases and are only validated at Jewel De Palace.

♦ Loyalty Points are non-refundable, non-transferable between members and are non-exchangeable for cash, under any circumstances.

♦ Loyalty Points will be deducted for any cancelled order accordingly.

♦ We reserve the right to make any amendments to the loyalty point conversion system and notice of any amendments will be posted on our site. In the event of any disputes, we reserve the final say on the points awarded.

♦ All Loyalty Points are non-refundable and any balance Loyalty Points will be forfeited should anyone close/terminate their membership account.

♦ All Loyalty Points will be immediately void or forfeited for accounts caught with fraudulent activities and thereafter terminated by us.

♦ Be our VIP member and enjoy additional 10% off your final bill!

♦ Simply spend S$ 80 in a single order and we will upgrade you to be our VIP member.

♦ Please note that sales items are not entitle to this additional 10% off.
