We offer the following shipment modes:
Singapore Shipment:
1) Registered Mail includes Packing & Handling (Highly recommended) – S$ 3.00
- Delivery time is within 2-3 working days from date of dispatch.
2) Normal Mail includes Packing & Handling – Free Shipping.
- Delivery time is within 2-3 working days from date of dispatch.
- Customer will undertake all risk & liability such as lost mail if Non Registered Mail is selected as your preferred Shipment mode.
International Shipment:
1) All International Shipment will be sent as a Registered Standard Airmail.
- Registered Mail Fee is S$ 3.00 (Includes Packing & Handling)
- The courier fee will be based on the weight step calculation as per below table rate.
- Weight of the package is automatically calculated by the system.
- Delivery time estimate takes 4-12 workings days depending on your Country Zone.
- Customer is responsible for all import custom duties or tax if applicable.
- Customer is responsible to check with their country custom whether there is any restriction to import jewellery.

Returns & Replacement
Return and Exchange Policy:
1) We will ensure goods are 100% inspected before it is shipped out to customer.
2) We will replace or issue a refund at no cost to customer if wrong product is delivered by our shipping mistake. Please notify us within 5 working days and we will arrange with you for the incorrect item to be returned at our own expenses. We will ship you the correct item (include shipping charges) or refund the amount to you if the item is sold out.
3) No return or exchange policy will apply should you fail to notify us within 5 working days prior to the above condition.
4) Clearance/Discounted Sales items are strictly Non Refundable and Non Exchangeable and exempted from the 5 working days policy.

the information in the following manner in order to expedite your order.

All prices shown on the web site are Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. You may select the preferred currency at the “Select Your Currency” drop down field at our front page. We only accept Singapore Dollars (SGD) and US Dollars (USD) transaction at this moment.
Payment Terms:

Jewel De Palace accepts Internet/ATM funds transfer for local payment. We will only supply you with our bank account details once you have selected Internet/ATM funds transfer as your payment option during the check out process. We will not have any access to your bank personal details. For Internet banking, only your payee name and transferred amount will be shown in our account. For ATM transfer, only the amount transferred will be shown.
Please make payment within 2 days upon order. We regret to inform you that we will cancel the order should the payment do not reach us as per above mentioned time frame.

2) Paypal payment:
Jewel De Palace accepts credit card payment through Paypal. We will only supply you with our Paypal account details after you have selected PayPal as your payment option during the check out process. We will not have any access to your credit card details. You will be notified via email the payable amount after we have confirmed your order. Once your payment is made, only your Paypal user name and amount will be shown.
